What I can do for you as your sleep consultant

Every sleep plan is customized around the needs of your family and individual situation. My goal is to empower you to be able to:

  • Overcome any current disruptive sleep habits and environment.
  • Establish a nap and sleep schedule for you or your child.
  • Learn your child’s sleeps cues.
  • Create developmentally appropriate expectations for your child’s s sleep (i.e., the amount of sleep your child needs to promote mental and physical growth)

Going to sleep should not be a struggle for either the child, or the family. Together we can teach the child the skills to self sooth, so that going to sleep becomes a normal part of their day.

  • Does your baby or child resist you every time you try to put him/her down for a nap?
